Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia, better known as The Prince of Venice, is a man of many titles.

He’s the heir to the Italian monarchy, “Dancing With The Stars” champion, reality TV host, grandson of the last king of Italy, and most recently, food truck proprietor. Based in Los Angeles, Prince of Venice serves authentic, fresh, restaurant quality pasta dishes out of his food truck.

Emanuele started Prince of Venice after realizing Los Angeles, with its abundance of food trucks, didn’t have one offering fresh pasta. Serving made-to-order pasta dishes tossed in pesto, bucatini, amatriciana, bolognese, cacio e pepe, and pomodoro, the Prince’s dishes are influenced by the pasta dishes of Rome, Milian, Naples, Sicily, and of course, Venice.
